Default 2nd post PPCM baby!

Hello ladies, and Dr. Fett, I am currently 7 weeks pregnant with my 2nd post PPCM baby. Needless to say I am scared to death to try and have a second post PPCM baby. With my 1st post baby I had no problems no relapse, but I did develop preeclampsia at the end and he was delivered at 37 weeks by c section. My question is I have fully recovered almost 10 years ago and had a sucessful post pregnancy is there any precautions that I can take to try and lessen my chances of relapse, and any other women went on to have two successful pregnancies after PPCM? My doctors feel the first time was highly attributed to my hyperactive thyroids and Graves' disease witch are now under control.
