Bit nervous for my half year appointment

Next monday I'll have my half year past dx appointment. I was really looking forward to it, because I felt great since the start of this year. Since two weeks I'm really tired (propably because I did to much), I just cought a cold and I am coughing whole days what makes my chest hurt. I'm afraid I will not show my 'normal' functioning during the tests and the results will dissapoint me. I try to stay positive, but I really want to see improvement of my heartfunction. So for now I try to relax as much as possible and go early to my bed.

If you truly only have a cold, I don't think it will make a difference in your echo results. At least, that's why my cardio told me. You may feel like he##, but it doesn't mean your heart is worse. Of course, then there's the issue of any cold medicines your taking and how that affects your BP or your HR.
Please let us know how your appointment goes. I've followed your posts closely because every aspect of your story seems so similar to mine.
