I haven't been exercising much, so today I decided to take a walk. After about 15min and walking up a small incline, I started feeling a tingling sensation in my right arm. I was also short of breath, but not sure if it was due to PPCM, or just being out of shape.

I recognise what you're feeling. In my case this is caused by some tightness in my thoracical spine and ribs. Because these are blocked it gives me some problems with breathing (I can't breath in as deep as normal) and it gives some reffered sensations in my arm (right or left, depends on the ribs). What helps me is stretching my thorax with exercises and sometimes a massage will help. It is always worse if I'm stressed and beter if I'm relaxed. Improving your fitness by training will also improve this.

it could be your spine, your cervicals also..is it all the arm, or just the inside of your forearm for instance?.
hope you feel better

It was my entire arm...down to the finger tips. I walked the next day and didn't feel the same feeling. I don't know what it could have been.
