Dizziness

About 2 weeks ago I did write to you and ask you about my dizziness ? is it because of my medicin or because of my heart ?. And you told me it all depends on my EF. Last monday went to see my cardio and my EF is now 40 % and he told me that my heart is workning just fine and that it is no longer enlarged:D , he is relly happy with that becourse I have only been on full dosis off meds for 3 month and when I was dx it was only 10 %:( and my last Echo was 25-30 % ( 9 month ago ) But I feel dizzy and it is worst in the morning and in the evening around the time when I have my meds but my bloodp. is normal. except from the dizziness I fell fine. Glad your heart is better! That is the most important. If the dizziness is an actual spinning sensation, which we call "vertigo," that is something caused by inner ear irritation, and I depend upon Ear-Nose-Throat doctors to advise and treat for that. If the dizziness is just a sensation of light headedness from position changes, that could still be a side-effect of medications, with BP dropping too low. That usually takes care of itself with time, or sometimes needs dosage adjustments of medications. Most importantly, you are making progress with improving heart function, and I expect that to continue. Best wishes.
