Hey all,
I have been doing SO good lately...exercising, eating right and feeling really good. Then all of a sudden on Sunday I started feeling short of breath again. I am tired, weak, nauseaus and just feeling miserable. I am also having discomfort in my chest. Not really pain but just a tight uncomfortable feeling. I am hoping that I just have a "bug" but I am worried. I think I will go into the doctor today and see what they say. Does anyone else have increased shortness of breath when they get ill with the flu or something? Maybe I am just having a bad couple of days but I am scared that my heart is getting worse again. I also just started my period and have had two migraines in the past week. I am on Coreg and Cozaar but thought I was tolerating them ok. Is it normal to have a stretch of time that you feel well and then go through a "rough" patch during this recovery? I am frustrated as I thought I was doing so good. I know I need to keep my spirits up but I just want to curl up in a ball and cry (Maybe that is the PMS talking!). I hope this goes away soon. Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks,
Mindy
