I've added a closed sub-forum that links directly to this.

Would anyone like to volunteer to maybe copy and paste these questions and answers to a Word Document that we can put as a link off of our home site - just in case anything ever happens to the link?

Wow....that's so wonderful these were not lost. Its such a sin that the other board is kaput!
I can copy and paste these into a word document. I have never read any of these since it looks like this forum had closed prior to my joining.
