My daughter is three I was diagnose with ppcm when I was pregnant.
My heart ef went to around 50 I had lost allot of weight while my heart was recovering. I now gaind 90 pound back . My heart doctor had mention there is a cm cause from being over weight. If you have ppcm and get better are you more likely to develope this cm if you are severly over weight. I don't what to do I'm scared to go to my heart doctor I've been putting it off because I've get short of breath doing minor things. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO feel so lost. Any advice is greatly accepted

Very important to see a cardiologist, get an up-dated echo, and go from there. I won't say weight is not a very important issue, but I will say that it is far from the most important issue in recovery and remaining recovered from PPCM.
