I'm so sorry I didn't get to call. It was a crazy weekend. My ILaws showed up for my boys soccer games and the games were both in the am, then I had to work at 1 pm. And Sunday was the anniversary of my mom passing away last yr, so we went to the cemetery. I really wanted to call, I'm sorry we couldn't have met! Next time for sure!

Don't worry about it Amy. I'm not sure if it would have been apporpriate anyway, since someone else was driving and we were staying at her best friends house. But, where was the soccer game? We went to my friend's best friend's son's soccer game that saturday morning also. It was about 10-15 minutes away from where we were staying (in a little town with a whole bunch of big clocks). The little boy is about 10 and goes to a private catholic school there. That would be so funny if we were both at the same place hey? Oh, I also want to wish you peace and serenity during this most difficult anniversary of your mom's death. You can see the "I'm back" post to find out about my trip.
