Just got home from my nice long trip I took to Milwaukee and Appleton. It was lots and lots of fun. And I even got TWO WHOLE NIGHTS OF GOOD SLEEP! Oh, how I needed that. Did lots of shopping and eating in Milwaukee. We also found a store called Gordman's in Appleton. This store was just amazing! I'm a picky shopper (I tend to look for good quality at more than half off prices). I ended up spending $80.00 in there and saved over $200.00 (got some REALLY good deals). I ended up getting myself a pin striped black and pink skirt/pant/shirt outfit, a watch and three sports canopies for twin sized beds w/ a b-ball hoop attached to it which came with basketballs too.
My Mary Kay conference went well too. It was very very interesting. Robert Jones (the very famous Mary Kay makeup artist) was the speaker and he's done makeup for Cheryl Crow, Leanne Rymes and the Dixie Chicks. I learned lots of new tricks about makeup application and all that great stuff. I learned how to highlight and contour all the different shapes of faces and how to apply eyeshadows to all the different eye shapes. I also learned how to cover and conceal just about every imperfection you can imagine from scars to blemishes to rosacea. If you want to know all the little secrets then your just going to have to book a show or stop by sometime ;) .
