Strange rash

My oldest son broke out with a rash today at school while they were playing outside. I haven't seen him with this kind of rash since he ate ranch dressing (which he is allergic to). The rash is kind of like red spots that are sort of blotchy in certain areas. It's on his cheeks and comes down to his chin area and is also on the under sides of his arms and more blotchy especially by his elbows. It's not itchy and it doesn't hurt and he doesn't have a fever or anything. What do you think I should put on it? I have hydrocortisone, Aquaphor, Tretinoin cream, Eucerin cleanser and I think I have some Elidel too. Which do you think I should try?

When in doubt of a rash I always go to the doctor. The Ranch reaction.........was it just around his mouth? My daughters do that with Ranch, Green Goddess and Creamy Italian. Doc told me it is just a contact rash and will not cause problems but they shouldn't get it on their skin.

Yes,it's just wherever the ranch touches (around his mouth). Very strange :confused: .
