Blood volume changes in pregnancy

Dr. Fett, do you know when the big shifts in blood volume occur during pregnancy? I know I've heard that around 7 weeks your blood is already increased by 50% but I'm just curious if there's another shift? I've had a few dizzy spells and wondering if that's what's contributing to it or if it's just my growing bump that's throwing me off, hehehe.

In normal pregnancy a definite increase in heart output, blood volume, and heart rate are noticeable at 10 weeks, peak or plateau around 28 to 30 weeks, spike at delivery, and rapidly decrease postpartum.
