Hi,
Dylan Matthew was born on 4/26/05 @ 12:45 pm.
He is a very healthy, and weighed 6 lbs 14 ozs and was 20 inches long.
Everything went well with the C-section but I am still having a lot of pain which is to be expected.
I had an Echo on Thursday and it was normal so I was able to go home yesterday.
I do have a lot of swelling in my legs and feet which is normal especially with a C-section but my OB wants to see me on Tuesday just to make sure everything is still OK. I will see my Cardiologist in about 2 weeks as well.
It is still so hard for me to believe that the baby is here and everything is going so well!

I will post more in a few more days when I am feeling a little better.

Congrats! I am sure youa re so happy! please do check up with the swelling in the legs and feet, I didn't have any with my Csection post ppcm so It concerns me. Congrats again jenn

Omigosh, he's so precious! What a cutie... congrats mama, you must be sooo proud. I'm glad you're doing well and I hope that swelling goes down. Maybe for the short term they could give you some diuretics just to flush you out? I know my cardiologist was suggesting this possibility after delivery as she wants to keep my fluid load to a minimum. Take it easy and update us when you can! :)

oh he is so sweet! makes me wish for another! congratulations! I know how proud you are of him! Glad you came through okay, take care of yourself and get lots of rest!

He is VERY handsome...I love the frog outfit / hat.....he's sooooo cute. Glad Mom and baby Dylan are doing well.

I am so happy for you! Congratulations! He is such a cutie! I hope you are doing better with the swelling. Please keep us posted! Seeing how well you and your baby are gives me hope for me and mine. My due date is July 22, but of course, I will be earlier and a scheduled C-section as well. Congratulations again!! :) :)
