Has anyone ever got in bed and truely couldn't remember if they took their meds in that evening? Do you go ahead and take them, or do you just not take them (in case you already did) and resume to your regular schedule in the morning? Oh, I'm also getting a really bad headache when I bend over today. It almost feels like I can feel my pulse in my temples.

I have a good trick I think. I turn over my Coreg bottle upside down when I take my morning meds and in the evening I turn it right side up when I take them. That is so simple and it helps me know. If in doubt skip it!

If in doubt, I do always skip it. I really don't want to find out what 300mg of toprolXL would do to me.
This doesn't happen alot, though - because I bought one of those little pill separater thinggys at the drug store for like $5.
It's a whole week, with each day broken down into 4 sections. I still *forget* to take my meds sometimes, but only once in a while (like at the end of the week when each box is empty) can I not remember if I emptied the box that day, or the week before.

Have you gotten that tummy thing looked at yet??? Sounds like you're getting worse!

I also wanted to add that we have a "reserve" in our systems. So if you miss one on occassion it is nothing to stress over. Just don't forget multiple doses in a row!

With multiple pills the pill caddy is the only way to go and how I remember what is left to take at night. Otherwise I'm fiddling with 6 different bottles in the morning and I'm afraid I might drop one of those little suckers and Hannah might get it.

Me too, I use a med caddy also because of being afraid of forgetting. It has worked great so far. :)

Yes, get the pill separator. With both morning and evening doses, I have a hard time remembering if I have taken them. A quick glance at the pill box and I have all the information I need. It makes traveling for a weekend much easier, too. No need to pack all of the bottles!
