I don't know where you said you are from I am assuming west Virginia, maybe, but with an ef of 45% you shoud DEF be seen by a high risk OB and a cardiologist. I am from PA and I had wonderful care at a high risk group in PA. I know there has to be a good hospital near you where you can recieve better care, It is so important to you and your baby to have the best care available with a PPCM or post PPCM pregnancy..
I saw my docs every two weeks and received echos 2x a trimester at least. My ef at delivery was 40-45%. Most high risk goals are to get you to 34 weeks and then after that they will take baby no questions asked.. Your cardio should possibly put you on a meds if your ef is already a little comromised.
