Hi all,

Just an update. I had an ultrasound Friday. Baby looks perfect, so cute. My husband was very stressed and didn't enjoy any of it, he was paranoid something would be wrong because of the meds. I went off enalapril about a week after conception - didn't know I was preg yet - so I was pretty sure there were no effects. I also saw a study of Coreg done on over 300 pregnant women that showed no birth defects and my peri wasn't very concerned about Coreg either

BNP is 41 and C reactive is 1.2 or 1.3 can't remember. Saw the OB today and she said everything is alright. I want to sleep all the time, but otherwise feel great. I am starting to feel very excited about this pregnancy - now it feels real. Thinking of naming the baby Parker, boy or girl. My husbands last name is Powell so it will be Parker Powell - little concerned that will be too cutesy for a boy:confused: . Opinions are welcome.

Thanks for all the support so far. I'm so excited about Carrie's and the imminent birth of Laura's, and all these new pregnant ladies:D !!!

We are not alone!

Sarah

Sarah--great news! I can just feel the excitement in your post! I love the name Parker--then with your other kids' names it would be your "PAC"--I'm just being silly. My sister in law's kids initials are JAMN-cute, huh? LOL Can't wait to hear all about the upcoming weeks!

That's so funny. Never would have gotten that on my own. Now I'm even more attached to the name!

Pregnancy always felt real for me after the ultrasound too. I'm excited for you! I'm glad everything is going well.

I love the name Parker, and I don't think it is too cutesy for a boy at all. In fact, I think it sounds like a strong name, for either a boy or a girl, and would suit either just fine.

Congratulations on your good news!

Felicia - that awesome EF of yours should be in big bold print instead of hiding meekly in light green! :D
