does this happen to anyone else

Do any of you ever feel like your breathing and your heart rate are not in sinc? It is kind of a wierd thing to explain. It is not a palpitaion. It can happen just sitting or after excercise. I think it is more obvious after excercise because I am usually breathing harder nad my heart is beating faster and harder. It is scary feeling like something just isn't right. Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this. :confused: :rolleyes: :)

I have most definitely felt this before, but have never asked my doctor about it. I read somewhere that people with heart conditions are more aware of their heart and how it beats... I don't know if that is true or not, but it definitely seems that way to me.

If your concerned, call your doctor! I was never too worried about it!
