View Full Version : 1st tri update and my Ef is still gettin better

Ef has gone up! 60-65. I've broken the 60% barrier even though I've been pregnant for a trimester. It's from the same doctor that took it probably 2 wks prior to conception at 55-60%. Even the echo machine spit out a 10% larger number so I thought it would be better.

The maternal cardiologist read it at 50-55% about 3 wks ago, but I'm not surprised as these can vary between doctors.

Perinatologist said he doesn't need to see me, because the maternal cardiologist is the most important at this stage. He's not concerned about Coreg's effect on the fetus. At the most it might cause the baby to be 8 ounces smaller, but the babies gain wait very quickly after birth.

My husband took it as an indication that maybe he could even have a fourth child:( No way!

Great News!!!!

Mine went up to 60% during my pregnancy also it did drop a little but went back up, I think it was more or less who was reading it.

I took Coreg and my son was HUGE for being 7 wks early( 5 pounds 10 ounces), if he would of been 8 ounces more he would of weighed the same as my PPCM baby who was 6 pounds 2 ounces 4 1/2 wks early..LOL
I wouldn't worry, babies gain at differant rates.
