Hello All,

Here’s yet another in my long going saga. I know you all will be happy as I am when this baby comes so I can stop whining. J

I had my scheduled NST today. She was totally non-reactive even after the stupid buzzing. Heartbeat stayed at about 149 the whole time. Had an ultrasound and it looked good. (I just think she’s a lazy kid) The nurse told me she was going to recommend I deliver today because the last like 4 NSTs have been non-reactive then she went to talk to OB. The OB came in and we talked for awhile. She asked me how much I had my heart set on a VBAC. I told her I wanted one but I want to do what’s best for the baby. She was like well I would rather just get you delivered. I asked her tons of questions and we came to an agreement. She stripped my membranes really well which hurt something awful. If I don’t go into labor myself tonight then I have another NST in the morning. If that one is the same as today then it’s off for a repeat c-section tomorrow. If she’s fine then I go in for my regular appts on Thursday and we will schedule the c-section for Friday. She doesn’t want me to go past my due date because of my heart.

So in a nutshell I’m having a baby sometime this week. I think it’s a pretty good chance that either I will go into labor tonight or I’ll be having a c-section tomorrow. I’ve only had like one NST that was reactive so I’m not betting on that one.

Now I am going to take a nap and then me and DH are going to take a walk. Hopefully I can kick start labor so I don’t have to have a c-section. Send me some of those labor vibes ladies!!

BTW~ Pulse finally looks good.

Cay, I am praying for you and your baby. I know how bad it hurts to have your membranes stripped! I kicked my OB in the face and told him if he did again I would kick him in the crotch! OUCH!! Anyway I would love for you to have a VBAC but a C section is fine too for the baby! Wishing you well! Hugs

Yeah!!!! I am soooo excited for you guys! I swear my twins were always kicking my ribs and each other until right when I had a stress test. I always swore that they are going to hate alarm clocks b/c that's what the stupid buzzing sounds like!

I am praying for a healthy delivery of that baby girl--whatever way she decides to enter the world! Best of luck and wishes for no pain!! LOL

I am sending lots of labor thoughts your way! I hope you can get that labor started soon but if you have to have a c-section, that is ok too. As long as you are both healthy! Keep us updated (when you can!)
