About one week ago I posted a thread because I was still feeling awful after an increase of my beta-blockers. I lasted a long time and I was losing my confident in getting over it. But now I can tell you I have adjusted to the new dosage and I'm feeling really well! At this moment I am in the French Alpes (on altitude) and I'm feeling almost like normal. Yesterday I had a walk of one hour on a track with a little incline the whole way and I did not have any sypmtom of heartfailure, even not a small bit of lightheadedness. I monitored my heartrate during the time I was walking and I kept my heartrate within my range (heartbeat not above 120 beats/min).
So my message is after a longer (then average time) you can see some improvement. Keep the faith!

Great news! So glad you're feeling well. Did you take some photos on your walk?

That's so great to hear. I'm so glad that you could do that and not have any symptoms. I don't think I could walk for a whole hour on a straight path, LOL. Hope you can stay on the same track for a very long time.
