Having Surgery!

Hi everyone! I wanted to share with you all that I am having Gastric Bypass done on April 19th! I am very excited as are my doctors and family. I have had 2 previous surgeries and did well since the diagnosis of PPCM. I am still on my ace inhibitor and my beta blocker. EF was 55-60 2 yrs ago and I am symptomless. This has been a long hard decision and one that was not entered into lightly I can assure you! It has been prayed on constantly as well! I don't post much as I don't think much of my PPCM. But, there are a few of you gals I still remember and some of you I know personally. I am glad to see you all still here and helping the new Mom's. I just wanted to share what new life changing event is happening in my life and to ask for prayer and a kind thought! Hugs, Melissa C.

Will keep you in my prayers!!!!!! Please let us know how it goes!!!! Have considered this myself! Could use your feedback-all the negative and positive! But everyone I've talked to says, "Wish I'd done it earlier!" So that's a pretty good review in my book!!!!!
