Thank you so much for your encouragement. It took me this long to post my story as it was so painful for me and I spent quite some time very ill. After I did it a few days ago I felt such a release and then the support came flooding in. What a blessing. Your story is miraculous. I believe the same for myself...heard the same things you did from various docs, but I also had some who told me to go for it all the way. One doc in particular totally would not budge about my need for a transplant. I had to tune him out. Think about him often and cannot wait to tell him of my full recovery. :) You are a blessing...thank you (to all who gave support) and feel free to keep it coming. Sincerely, Alison

I know how it is. I was a member for some time before I posted anything and then it was even longer before I posted my story. I guess its just a denial period of refusing to admit your sick, and that sick. Sick with something I thought until now only happened to older people.

Susan/ Dr. Fett/ anybody?
Since my last Coreg increase (6 weeks ago), my BP and HR drop in rest (BP 80-90/50-60, HR 50-60). The moment I start exertion I feel SOB for a short period and it feels like my heart has to work quite much. I feel a bit hyper and sometimes my lips turn blue. After a while this dissapears and I feel normal. I don't have problems with exertion I start on a slow pace and I can walk for one hour, so I think it is all caused by my beta-blocker. Will my body adjust to this over time?
By the way I use now 18,75 mg Coreg, twice a day.
And of course Happy Eastern to all of you!!
