Introducing myself

Hi,

My name is Lisa and I was diagnosed with PPCM in June of 2005. My son was born in November of 2004. I was on medication for about 3 months and then slowly taken off. After a final echo I was told my heart was fine and I'm completly healed. After seeing two different cardiologists and doing tons of research on subsequent pregnancys we are now 7 weeks pregnant with our second child. We are very excited and optimistic about this pregnancy. I'm happy to of found this site.

You have difinitely come to the right site for support and advice when it comes to PPCM and subsequent pregnancy after PPCM. We have many woman who have had their PPCM babies and are doing fine and we also have many woman on the boards currently pregnant with their PPCM babies and they are also doing fine. Glad that you have found us and congratulations on your PPCM pregnancy.
