I just had my second child last monday(7 wks 2 days early)my EF was 60% and my BNP was 29 ,15 hours after his birth and my BP was low that the OB didn't give my my coreg for two days(my cardiologist put me back on it at 12.5)..Should I still Worry about Re-Lapse or am I on the road to complete recovery?
My OB is suprised that everything went so well since it had only been six months from the birth of my PPCM baby and this last pregnancy..

That's terrific, wonderful, and magnificent! You will be "safe" once past the 5-months stage postpartum. Until then, watch for any changes, if you continue to do well, then everything should be OK. If any doubts, have another BNP in a few weeks. I'm really happy to hear your news.

I will have another Echo and BNP on Nov 8th which will be 4 wks postpartum..I already had to call my Cardiologist today because my BP was 124/71, pulse 74 before my Coreg and he dropped it down to 6.25 twice a day..
I will keep praying and checking everything for the next 5 months and I am sure my Cardiologist will also..
