I Lay Down To Go To Bed Last Night And My Heart Was Beating Hard Enough To Fill It. Also When I Breath I Could Fill A Crackle.it Didnt Happen Every Time I Breath . The Heart Racing Lasted About 15 Min.
I Lay On My Right Side For A Few Minutes And It Went Away.
The Crackle I Felt A Few Time Today. I Called My Heart Doctor
And They Said To Keep A Eye On It Untill Monday Thats My Appointment. Is This Nothing Thats Normal I've Never Had It Since My Daughter Was Born.

You did right to call your doctor about that. Did you try to count your pulse? In general, if a rate is over around 150 beats per minute it could be a type of rhythm other than just a normal [sinus] rhythm increasing from moderate effort or excitement. The best thing would be to be able to capture a tracing on EKG to see what type of rhythm it is. If it doesn't last long enough to get to the clinic or ER where EKG can be done, sometime a home monitor [Holter] becomes desirable. Again, check that out with your doctor.

when you counted 70, was that in 15 seconds or 30 seconds or 1 minute? I mentioned up to 150 per minute variation from just effort or adrenalin with excitement, but what I was asking is if the rate per minute gets over 150? A heart rate of 70 per minute would be a normal resting level. And of course when it comes to exercise, for heart conditioning you want the rate to get up quite a bit for aa 20-minute period minimum to do cardioconditioning--I'm talking about people who have no heart conditions. have to look at the safe range for age, scale it's set at about 75 percent maximum effort.

That rate then is not worrisome. We are often more aware of our heartbeat when we lie down at night, depends upon position and lack of other noises to distract.
